Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 January 2026
These terms govern your use of Zybble, a platform that lets creators sell courses directly to their own audience. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating a Zybble account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
A single person or business may hold one creator store. Usernames are issued on a first-come basis and may be reclaimed if they impersonate another person or brand.
2. Creator content
You retain full ownership of every video, document and text you upload. You grant Zybble a limited licence to host, encode, store and deliver that content to students you have sold to.
You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you publish. Content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or that promises guaranteed financial returns may be removed.
3. Payments and platform fee
Zybble charges a flat platform fee of 10% of the gross value of each successful sale. Payment gateway charges levied by Razorpay are deducted separately and shown on each order.
Funds collected from students are settled to your earnings balance once the payment is confirmed. Payout requests are processed to the bank account or UPI ID on file, typically within 3-5 business days.
Chargebacks, disputes and refunds are deducted from your balance. The Zybble fee on a refunded order is reversed.
4. Student purchases
A purchase grants the student a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for as long as it remains available on Zybble. Sharing credentials or redistributing course content is prohibited.
Refund policy is set by the creator and must be stated on the course page. Zybble may issue refunds directly where required by law or payment network rules.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected media, reverse engineer the platform, or use Zybble to distribute malware or unlawful material.
We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, payment abuse, or repeated violations of these terms.
6. Liability
Zybble is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
